Orly It´s Up To Blue

One of the polishes I bought at the Interbeauty exhibition. But this colour is not new to me, I already have it in a mini version. In fact I have a very close relationship with it as it was one of my very first polishes. For me, the colour is perfect. I love it so much. However there are some things that could be better...the formula is thin, you need three coats. On the pictures brushstrokes are also visible but not so much in person. Well anyway I forgive this polish all its imperfections and I still love to use it. What about you? Do you have any polishes that remind you of something and you like them more than others?

  1. Such a gorgeous colour! It looks amazing on you, would totally ignore the fact that brush strokes are showing! Haha :D

  3. This is so beautiful but I don't have it in my stash, yet. One polish I absolutely love is OPI Brand New Skates. One of my first polishes and I still love it. I think I have to use again soon. :)

  4. I remember my first nail polish but they no longer make it. It was a dense ultramarine glittery blue. One coat. Not a suspension or top coat. It was just solid glitter goop. It came in a tiny bottle from the UK highstreet shop Miss Selfridge and had a little silver cap and a holographic heart on the lable. I've never seen anything like it since. It dried up and died about ten years ago :(

  11. I'm glad to see this swatched here.

I have a fondness for MACs Plasma Blu and I'm always looking for a dupe because I'm almost out and it's my most precious polish <3

  12. I've had this one for years but it is still an untried. Love the color but I'm not sure about the finish. I don't mind the brush strokes on you but I think I would on me.

  13. That's the problem with such colours, brush strokes always show. :(
